All orders are shipped from our 3rd party UK warehouse in the South of England - orders placed before 4pm (UK time) will be shipped the same day - orders placed after this time will be shipped out next day. All shipment timelines refer to time in transit since the order leaves our warehouse.

UK (domestic) shipping: Standard Shipping = £7.50, FREE over £45/$55 (2 -5 working days), Standard Tracked Shipping = £9.99 (2-4 working days), UK Express Delivery = £12.99 (1-2 working days)

European Shipping: Standard Shipping = £7.00, FREE over £70/€80 (5-14 working days), Express = £14 (3-6 working days), Priority = £20 (1-2 working days)

Please note - Due to a change in EU VAT laws, from 1 July 2021 please be aware that customers in the EU may be asked to pay additional taxes in their local country in order to receive their products. This cost has not been included in the price of your order.

USA Shipping: Standard = £10.00, FREE over £45/$55 (5-14 working days), Express = £14 (2-3 working days), Priority = £20 (1-2 working days).

Rest of World Shipping: Standard = £10.00 or FREE over £80/$135CAD/$145AUD (7-18 working days), Express = £14 (4-8 working days), Priority = £20 (2-3 working days)


To process a return or replacement - please refer back to the tracking page which you received via email link when your order was shipped. There is an option in the top right corner where you can request a return or replacement - this link provides all the necessary information including the address and all details we may require.

We allow up to 14 days from receipt of the parcel. After this time period our system will not allow a return. Returns postage is paid for by the customer, unless a faulty order was received (we may require photo evidence of this).

Please note - if you fill in the wrong delivery address during checkout, we cannot provide refunds or compensation for your order.

As soon as a return is received at our warehouse we will automatically process the refund or replacement. Please note, all items must be in original packaged condition in order for us to accept your return. A returns slip complete with address information will be created automatically within the returns system, which can be printed direct or emailed to you.
